Professional Family Foster Care Homes

Our Professional Family Foster Care Homes provide a safe, nurturing home environment for those children we serve.

Homes are located throughout the state, with caseworkers based in Rochester, Mankato, St Cloud and Marshall. Our homes specialize in treatment of chemical dependency, sex offenders and helping pregnant teenagers.

Our dedicated trained caseworkers frequently meet with program participants and foster parents to help strengthen relationships and build for a better living and learning environment.  The caseworker provides supervision and implementation of the treatment plan, crisis counseling and support for the foster parents and serves as a liaison between county, foster home, family, community and school.

The Professional Family Foster Care Homes is a community based foster care system, accepting referrals from residential treatment programs as well as direct referrals from placing agents.  The children we serve are at-risk and require a long-term, supportive environment in which to strengthen and internalize behaviors and skills.
