Bernie and Madonna Brasseaur - Bernie and Madonna operate a foster home in Owatonna. They have more than 8 years experience providing foster care services to children with behavioral and mental health issues, including Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Reactive Attachment Disorder. They are willing to accept girls of all ages into their home, as well as younger boys and sibling groups. They accept children for transitional and long-term placements and are willing to consider adoption. They are able to provide a balance of structure and support. Their home is located in the Owatonna school district with alternative educational settings available.
Amy Honsey and Cheryl Diffendorfer - Amy and Cheryl operate a professional family foster home located in Rochester, MN. Amy and Cheryl are currently licensed for 5 females. The age range is 12 to 20. Ken is a stay at home parent, which allows him to give full attention to the foster children. Ken is currently licensed for 3 children.
Sue Hinze - Sue has been a professional family foster parent for 3 years. She lives in Sartell, MN in the Sartell school district. Sue will accept girls ages 12 and over into her home. She is currently licensed for 2 children. Sue has experience working with children with developmental delays, victims of abuse and neglect, ADD/ADHD, ODD and Reactive Attachment Disorder, and sex offenders. Sue is a parent who is very active and hands on with the children.

Eddie has worked as a PCA for the past 30 years. She is very involved with her extended family and church. She is interested in opening her home to boys and girls for short-term or long-term placement. Ms. Hutton has an open mind regarding each child's needs, and how those needs will vary. Her goal is to serve children in the best way possible.
Linda and Mike Kieper - Linda and Mike have operated a professional family foster home for over 10 years and are able to provide the youth in their home with a nurturing and accepting environment. They live in a rural setting in the Mountain Lake area. The Kiepers accept boys of all ages into their home. They accept long term as well as transitional placements. They have experience working with children who are developmentally delayed, victims of abuse and neglect, and carry diagnoses of ADD / ADHD, ODD and Reactive Attachment Disorder. Mike and Linda are full time foster parents and are willing and able to access services as needed in neighboring communities. Along with access to the Mountain Lake school district, a day treatment program is available in nearby Windom, MN.
Lori and Rick Kuhlmann - Rick and Lori currently operate a professional family foster home located in Hollandale, MN. The Kuhlmanns specialize in working with teenage male sexual offenders, and are licensed for 6 males with an age range of 14 to 18. Individuals placed in the Kuhlmann foster home are expected to take part in therapy, counseling an aftercare.
