Hayward Group Home serves male and female clients between the ages of 10 and 21 who have experienced some type of difficulty within the family, community or school. Hayward offers an onsite school with a full day of classes, along with group education courses that include cognitive skills training, corrective thinking, independent living skills, job readiness and anger management.

Residents with chemical dependency issues needing watchful oversight utilize the safety of placement at Hayward along with referral to ART of Rochester for individual and group counseling.

St. Cloud Group Home offers a variety of services for children and families supported in part by an onsite therapist, and onsite District 742 school to meet the educational needs of the programs participants.

Additionally. the programs offered include anger management, social skills, self esteem education, emotional regulation and awareness, choice making skills training, and sex offenders curriculum through community collaboration.

VonWald Group Home serves males and females between the ages of 10 and 17 struggling with primary issues of family conflict, behavior problems, social difficulties and criminal activities.  Structured programming is provided for children and their families primarily from southeast Minnesota.  The focus is on successful reunification through the use of quality assessments and screenings, appropriate treatment interventions, and maximum use of community resources.

The VonWald Group Home offers emergency shelter services, evaluation and behavior stabilization, and transition to independent living services.

Marshall Group Home is a therapeutic, structured residential intervention program for males aged 10 to 21 offering an outcome based program with an emphasis on strengths of the youth.  Marshall provides long and short-term placements, as well as respite and emergency care. The participants have individualized treatment plans pertinent to their needs. The Marshall Group Home offers Cognitive Skills, "Thinking for a Change" curriculum, social skills, self-esteem, anger management, independent living skills, and goal setting groups. All youth have the opportunity to complete CWS hours while at the group home.

The Marshall Group Home has combined services with the Prairie Centre for the Family LLC's Choices Program, both located in Marshall, MN. The Choices Program is a Rule 31 licensed adolescent specific and family focused intensive out-patient treatment program. Also provided in the community are adolescent recovery meetings.
